- The folding machine is a simple and convenient tool for fast and accurate bending of the workpiece up to 180 degrees in one pass.
- The use of a folding machine reduces the wear of a manual sheet bending machine and simplifies the bending operation up to 180 degrees.
- The working element of the folding machine consists of several pairs of rollers arranged in two rows in height, between which the workpiece is placed.
- The rollers are arranged in a cascade, each subsequent pair of rollers strengthens the bend increases the bend angle.
- The last pair of rollers has an adjustment that allows you to use a folding machine when working with metal of different thicknesses and adjust the bending angle directly to 180 degrees.
